You manage end-to-end creative production for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, meets a high bar for quality, and advances our business goals. You report to the Senior Manager of Creative Operations and serve as the primary bridge between Brand Creative and cross-functional partners including editorial, product marketing, CRM, and social. You orchestrate a growing volume of deliverables for increasingly segmented campaigns across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding through retention, in a world accelerated by AI. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing deadlines, budgets, and shifting priorities with confidence and autonomy. You process-mindedly seek out opportunities to streamline workflows, and your organizational, communication, and collaboration skills are valued by stakeholders and creative partners alike. What you'll do
Prioritize and resource creative projects in coordination with Brand Operations teammates.
Review incoming creative briefs and lead project kick-offs, clearly defining goals, scope, and expectations from the start.
Develop and manage production schedules in Jira, collaborating with creative, marketing, legal, and compliance to facilitate seamless and timely execution of project deliverables.
Support vendor management, including procurement, onboarding, project assignments, and scheduling.
Own quality control through delivery, ensuring all final deliverables meet the required file specifications and are properly documented and stored.
Provide project management support for the video production team.
Contribute ideas for process improvements - we value the knowledge you bring.
Coordinate dependencies and timelines across teams to keep projects moving efficiently from concept to launch.
Track and communicate project status to stakeholders using clear, concise updates and dashboards.
Manage timelines and dependencies to ensure creative assets are ready for multi-channel distribution.
Maintain detailed project documentation and version control to support future initiatives and audits.
Champion best practices for creative operations and contribute to the evolution of team workflows.
Collaborate with data and insights partners to incorporate performance learnings into ongoing creative projects.
Act as the central point for cross-functional alignment, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
Support special initiatives, including experiments, campaigns, and events, as they arise.
Requirements
3+ years of project management experience within an in-house creative/marketing team or agency with a degree in marketing, PR, finance, or a related field.
Background in financial services or other regulated industries a plus.
Proven ability to understand and translate the needs of marketing into actionable creative project plans.
Hands-on experience across a variety of tech tools that keep creative work moving efficiently, including project management platforms (e.g. Jira), design software (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite), and AI tools (e.g. Claude, Glean).
Familiarity with technical creative specs across media channels.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
High level of integrity and commitment to delivering accurate, professional work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and priorities.
Commitment to meeting deadlines and managing competing demands in a structured way.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office for day-to-day project coordination.

This role is based out of our NYC office. Below we have reflected the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Betterment's total compensation package for employees.
This job may also be eligible for variable compensation in the form of a company incentive bonus.
Hybrid NY-based positions (four days per week in-office, with no required office days during the summer and winter holidays).
