What you'll do
- Conduct live virtual therapy sessions with clients using secure, HIPAA-compliant video technology.
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing clinical assessment and client goals.
- Utilize a wide range of therapeutic modalities to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
- Establish strong therapeutic rapport through excellent written communication and active listening during sessions.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely clinical documentation within the platform's required formats and standards.
- Collaborate with the clinical support team to resolve logistical or technical issues that may impact session delivery.
- Sustain a high volume of sessions by effectively managing your schedule and optimizing calendar availability.
- Apply clinical judgment to determine session focus and intervention strategies for diverse client needs.
- Support client progress through consistent follow-up and by aligning interventions with established treatment protocols.
- Engage with continuing education resources to refine skills and stay current with best practices in online therapy.
- Monitor client outcomes and adjust therapeutic approaches to promote measurable improvement over time.
- Uphold professional boundaries and ethical standards while fostering a safe and supportive virtual space.

Requirements
- Hold a current, active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
- Possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Have 3 or more years of post-licensure mental health counseling experience in a clinical setting.
- Be fully licensed and authorized to practice independently in your U.S. state of residence without requiring supervision.
- Maintain a private, quiet, and professional workspace suitable for conducting confidential video sessions.
- Provide therapy services exclusively in a U.S. based location, with current U.S. residency.
- Ensure reliable high-speed internet connectivity and access to a secure device meeting platform technical requirements.
- Carry adequate professional liability insurance that covers online therapy services and provides proof upon request.
- Demonstrate strong written communication skills to convey clinical notes, treatment plans, and client updates clearly and professionally.
- Create and maintain a private, distraction-free environment that ensures client confidentiality and session integrity.
- Commit to a minimum weekly schedule of 30 hours dedicated to client care and platform responsibilities.
- Comply with all platform policies, including ethical guidelines, documentation standards, and professional conduct expectations.
