What you'll do

• Engage with diverse patient populations through comprehensive clinical assessments and treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that align with evidence-based practices and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate care collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated patient support.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques to address complex mental health concerns and promote client resilience.
• Monitor client progress systematically and adjust intervention strategies to optimize treatment outcomes effectively.
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with referral sources to enhance continuity of care.
• Document all clinical interactions meticulously to ensure compliance, billing accuracy, and quality assurance.
• Participate in ongoing case consultations to refine clinical skills and discuss challenging cases with peers.
• Advocate for patient needs within the organizational framework to improve access to necessary services.
• Contribute to the growth of the practice by providing feedback on operational improvements and client satisfaction.

You need a current and valid LICSW license to practice independently in the state of Minnesota.

You need the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
