About the role
As , you will own the end-to-end clinical operations experience for our growing global member and therapist community. You will serve as the primary liaison between licensed therapists, members, and internal stakeholders to drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will champion data-informed decisions to elevate clinical standards and service excellence across all touchpoints. You will advocate for therapist and member needs while removing operational bottlenecks and policy friction. You will model a growth mindset in a fast-paced, startup environment, balancing execution with strategic thinking. You will build and maintain productive partnerships across product, legal, marketing, and care teams to align on shared objectives. You will be a visible leader who mentors peers and junior staff, setting the tone for quality, empathy, and accountability.
What you'll do
You will respond to therapist inquiries via email on a daily basis to ensure they have the information and resources needed to deliver high-quality care. You will escalate complex cases and questions to the appropriate teams, coordinating cross-functional support to achieve timely and effective resolutions. You will audit qualitative, quantitative, and episodic data and translate findings into clear, constructive feedback for therapists. You will evaluate therapist applications, assessing clinical capabilities and relevant work experience against platform needs. You will initiate and maintain proactive communications with therapists to gather feedback, improve satisfaction, and reduce churn. You will translate new product concepts and feature enhancements into clear requirements and workflows for the Clinical Product Liaison team. You will track regulatory updates in partnership with Legal and Provider Network, then communicate changes and compliance expectations to internal stakeholders. You will represent BetterHelp at public events, media engagements, and social media appearances alongside the Marketing Department. You will support quality assurance initiatives as the company expands into insurance marketplaces. You will provide peer consultation, training, and asynchronous support to International Clinical Operations Consultants in global markets.
Requirements
You hold a graduate degree (Masters or Doctorate) in counseling, psychology, or social work. You have at least one year of good-standing experience as a BetterHelp therapist within the last two years. You are analytical and metrics driven, with a history of making decisions based on data. You understand and respect diverse therapeutic approaches, even when they differ from your own. You communicate effectively, including experience with public speaking engagements. You are comfortable participating in media interviews and creating content for BetterHelp's social channels. You embrace a growth mindset and perform well in a data-focused, customer-centric environment. You can adapt to flexible work schedules, including weekend availability as needed. You maintain professional standards aligned with ethical and legal requirements in mental health practice. You are able to interpret and apply regulatory guidance to support organizational compliance.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and the extensive benefits listed here (subject to eligibility requirements): Teladoc Health Benefits 2026. Total compensation is based on several factors - including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable to all full-time positions.
