You guide intake, shape the build, own review, drive ship, and align partners. This role owns clinical outcomes and member experience from first contact to long term engagement. You practice independently while collaborating with a distributed team.

What you'll do
Designing client intake journeys that reduce friction and clarify needs before the first session.
Building treatment plans and coordinating care using platform tools for three plus years licensed clinicians.
Reviewing progress metrics and case notes to ensure clinical quality and compliance standards.
Shipping timely interventions that match client goals and respect boundaries around scheduling.
Partnering with care teams and stakeholders to align on feature decisions affecting therapist workflows.
Supporting platform reliability by testing features, giving feedback, and documenting best practices.
Championing privacy and ethical practice while navigating diverse cases and complex needs.
Guiding continuous improvements based on member feedback and observed treatment outcomes.
Requirements
You hold a master's degree and possess independent licensure such as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, Psychologist, or PsyD.
You bring three plus years of direct mental health experience and maintain confidence with telehealth tools.
