About the role

You operate as a fully independent clinician within a large online therapy platform, owning your caseload and clinical decisions from initial intake to discharge. You deliver evidence-based therapy to adults, couples, and teens through a fully remote, digital environment, leveraging video, messaging, and phone sessions. You manage your entire client journey, including assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and coordination of care without traditional office overhead. You contribute to a high-touch practice model where administrative burdens are handled by the platform so you can focus exclusively on client care. You engage with a large community of licensed professionals, accessing peer support and continuous learning resources. You help scale insurance-friendly services by seeing a high volume of clients who use their benefits, directly impacting access to care. You maintain strict adherence to ethical standards, licensure requirements, and clinical best practices in a virtual setting.

Balance a flexible schedule with the requirement to be available for scheduled client sessions and timely communication.

Requirements

You must hold a current, active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

You must possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

You must be fully independent in your license status, meaning you can provide therapy without supervision in your state of licensure.

You must have a minimum of 3+ years of post-licensure mental health counseling experience in a clinical setting.

You must currently reside in the United States, as licensure and legal compliance require U.S.-based practice.

You must maintain professional liability insurance that covers teletherapy services specific to mental health care.

You must possess excellent written communication skills, given the platform's reliance on messaging and documentation.
