What you'll do
Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for open positions across the organization.
Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all hiring pipeline activity and candidate status.
Collaborate with hiring managers and department leads to define job requirements and develop effective, targeted recruitment strategies.
Handle onboarding processes for new employees including documentation preparation, system access requests, and orientation coordination.
Assist with HR administrative tasks such as employment contract management, policy distribution, and employee record maintenance.
Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports to evaluate hiring performance, time-to-fill, and overall outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams and external recruitment partners to ensure smooth, timely communication throughout the selection process.
Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a positive, inclusive workplace culture across all departments.
Maintain compliance with local labor regulations and company policies in all human resources activities and procedures.
Participate in workforce planning efforts to anticipate future hiring needs, identify talent gaps, and recommend solutions.
Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes by gathering feedback from hiring teams and implementing best practices.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through final decision by maintaining clear and timely communication.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or human resources operations within a corporate or business environment.
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Attention to detail when handling sensitive employee information and maintaining confidentiality of personal data.
Proficiency in standard office productivity software and familiarity with human resources information systems.
Excellent organizational skills and a structured, methodical approach to workflow management and task completion.
A team-oriented mindset with the capacity to collaborate across departments and work independently when needed.
Professional fluency in English, with additional European languages considered a meaningful advantage.
