About the role
Beqom is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join their organization on a six month fixed term contract basis. This role is central to building out the company's talent pipeline and ensuring that hiring needs are met efficiently across all departments. The Recruiter will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing gaps to closing offers and supporting new hire integration. You will collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand their unique needs and deliver qualified candidates who align with the company culture and strategic goals.

What you'll do
- Manage full cycle recruitment from initial job posting through offer negotiation and new hire onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers and department leads to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Screen resumes and applications carefully to identify the most suitable candidates for each open position
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules with both candidates and internal interview panel members
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and complete records of all hiring activity
- Build and nurture long term candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs across the organization
- Source candidates using multiple channels including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites
- Prepare detailed offer letters and coordinate compensation discussions between candidates and the relevant hiring team members
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring pipeline status, time to fill, and source effectiveness
- Support employer branding efforts by promoting Beqom as an attractive and inclusive place to build a career
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure timely processing of new hire paperwork and background checks
- Organize and participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and campus outreach programs to attract top talent
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies and staffing partners to supplement internal hiring efforts when needed
- Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and assist with onboarding documentation to ensure a smooth transition for all new employees
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role for a minimum of two years
- Strong understanding of full cycle recruitment processes and hiring best practices across a variety of job functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates at all professional levels
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with multiple open requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment related software tools is a must for this role
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive hiring information with professionalism and discretion at all times
- Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail when managing candidate data and hiring documentation
- Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field

- Experience recruiting within the technology or software industry specifically is a strong advantage for this position
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices in hiring and proactive candidate sourcing efforts
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies and social recruiting techniques for active talent attraction and engagement
- Previous experience managing recruitment operations for a growing or scaling organization is highly valued
- Prior experience with workforce planning and forecasting to support broader business growth objectives and goals
