Bamboohr is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our commercial strategy and drive growth in our operations based in Limassol, Cyprus. What you'll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies that align with Bamboohr's overall business objectives and market positioning.
- Lead the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth, ensuring that all efforts are focused on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners, enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction through exceptional service and support.

Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably within a relevant industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful commercial strategies.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
