Key facts

What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet client needs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet industry standards.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and insights, ensuring that our solutions are aligned with their expectations and requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Assist in the development of project documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive team environment by actively participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and company events.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose actionable solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, and experience with relevant frameworks and libraries.
• Strong understanding of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and experience in deploying applications in cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively in challenging situations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies like Docker.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and React or Angular frameworks.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
