What you'll do

• Lead the architectural design process for various projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Develop comprehensive architectural plans, including detailed drawings and specifications, using advanced design software.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs with structural and mechanical systems.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any design-related issues that may arise during construction.
• Mentor junior architects and interns, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into architectural designs.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, articulating the vision and rationale behind each project.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all deliverables are met on schedule and within financial constraints.
• Review and approve construction documents, ensuring compliance with local building codes and standards.
• Facilitate meetings with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to inform design decisions and project planning.
• Contribute to the development of design guidelines and best practices within the organization.

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards in Cyprus and the EU.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects, highlighting your design capabilities and innovative solutions.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials is highly desirable.
• Professional licensure or certification in architecture is a plus.
