In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end execution of demand generation initiatives that directly support the company's mission to increase the rate at which Americans save for retirement. You will act as the critical link between strategic marketing objectives and the tactical execution required to move prospects through the sales funnel. Develop a deep practical understanding of US work authorization requirements to ensure absolute compliance with company policy and legal standards.
Operate with high agency in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating continuous learning and adaptability to shifting priorities.
Leverage sales performance background to translate pipeline insights into actionable marketing strategies that accelerate deal progression.
Employ sophisticated technical proficiency to navigate martech stacks and derive actionable insights from campaign data.
Champion a culture of measurement where results from past campaigns carry the most weight in decision-making and planning.
Prepare detailed campaign documentation, including results analysis, to inform future launches and refine strategic playbooks.

Requirements
Demonstrated top performance over one year in a sales role, providing a background that robustly supports demand initiatives and pipeline development.
Proven ability to interpret pipeline metrics and drive growth by applying insights derived from direct sales experience.
Unwavering understanding of US work authorization requirements, with strict compliance to company policy and legal work standards being mandatory.
Mastery of Clay, Unify, Smartlead, HeyReach, and EmailBison to execute sophisticated marketing and sales outreach operations.
High-agency behavior and a commitment to continuous learning are essential, particularly when operating under the pressure of a fast-paced startup environment.
Bachelor's degree attainment as a baseline qualification for the role.
