About the role
You define and drive the consumer business for a new retirement financial product. You own end-to-end strategy, brand, and execution for a category-defining offering. Your work targets everyday Americans who seek more control over retirement investing. You translate complex financial concepts into a simple, trusted, and inevitable consumer experience. You own the full lifecycle from discovery through delivery, iteration, and long-term retention. You act as the primary owner for adoption, engagement, and profitability metrics that guide key decisions. You build growth loops, distribution strategies, and scalable systems such as lifecycle engagement, referrals, and conversion optimization.

What you'll do
Set product vision and strategy for the consumer retirement mortgage and define what is built, for whom, and how it wins in the market. Shape customer experience, onboarding, and education so that intent converts into action and strong unit economics. Own adoption, engagement, retention, and profitability metrics to guide decisions and prioritize opportunities. Build growth loops, distribution strategies, and scalable systems such as lifecycle engagement, referrals, and conversion optimization. Create the consumer brand narrative, positioning, and UX tone so that the complex product becomes simple, trusted, and inevitable. Lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, operations, and marketing to deliver ambitious financial products on schedule. Translate user needs and market signals into a clear product strategy that balances desirability, feasibility, and business viability. Partner with analytics to define experiments, measure outcomes, and iterate based on performance evidence.
Requirements
The posting states a bachelor's degree requirement. Demonstrate experience owning and shipping consumer products end-to-end from discovery to delivery and iteration.
