What you'll do
Ensure partner, programme, contact, and pipeline data remain accurate and current, providing stakeholders with a reliable foundation for high-impact decisions.
Maintain comprehensive trackers around alliance agreements to facilitate timely escalation of actions and keep all commitments on schedule.
Organise, update, and optimise SharePoint content and templates to ensure teams can locate needed resources quickly and efficiently.
Provide consulting teams with the essential tools, templates, and credentials required to deliver high-value client solutions.
Coordinate meetings, book sessions, prepare detailed agendas, and capture actionable items to keep programmes and governance running smoothly.
Monitor alliance partnerships closely, identifying risks and opportunities to support account growth initiatives.
Leverage data, trackers, and reporting to generate insights that influence strategic recommendations and operational adjustments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative and operational inquiries, managing inbound requests with speed and precision.
Utilise Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, to create and maintain efficient operational workflows.
Act with curiosity and a can-do attitude, quickly learning new topics and approaches to solve complex operational challenges.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and senior stakeholders, both in person and in remote settings.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity and alignment across all levels of the organisation.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by documenting processes and identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency.
Support the team in managing CRM or pipeline tools to ensure visibility into the sales cycle and alliance performance.
Requirements
You must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent, which is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role within operations, project management, sales support, or marketing is mandatory.
You must be highly organised, with the demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously without compromising quality.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required in all outputs and data handling to ensure error-free execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for clear and effective interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
You must be able to build strong working relationships, fostering trust and collaboration with colleagues and senior stakeholders in person and remotely.
