The Client Experience team sits at the heart of this ecosystem. Its purpose is simple: to build deep, trusted relationships with senior clients - strengthening Baringa's position in priority accounts, supporting commercial growth and helping Baringa show up in a more distinctive, bolder way. The team is currently building on the success of existing Networks and expanding into new executive communities, creating an opportunity to join a growing team at the centre of Baringa's client strategy.

Compensation: £65,000 per year
What you will be doing
You own the client experience lifecycle from first contact to final delivery, shaping how Baringa shows up for key accounts. You translate messy briefs into clear, repeatable workflows that keep teams aligned. Your work directly influences how clients perceive the firm's capability and care.
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Baringa's executive client networks, podcasts, and wider Client Experience programmes, ensuring a consistently high-quality experience for clients and stakeholders. You will support the successful delivery of CEO, COO, CIO, and future executive communities, flagship research, and signature client experiences.
You will manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones across multiple programmes and workstreams. You will coordinate delivery across internal stakeholders, suppliers, and agencies. You will ensure activity is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with agreed objectives. You will identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance programme impact.
You will coordinate the production, publication, and activation of network content, thought leadership, and research outputs. You will manage content delivery timelines, reviews, and approvals. You will support the activation and distribution of content across Client Experience programmes. You will ensure content is delivered consistently and effectively across channels.
You will establish operational routines that track milestones, manage dependencies, and maintain budget discipline. You will build feedback systems that capture client listening and translate insights into sharper offerings. You will create clear pathways for research outputs to move from production to stakeholder distribution.
You will partner with commercial teams to align experiences with growth objectives in priority accounts. You will define standards that make every client touchpoint consistent, distinctive, and easy to navigate.
Requirements
You must bring experience managing complex client programmes from intake through build, review, and ship. You must coordinate across teams, ensuring partners, suppliers, and stakeholders share one understanding. You must handle demanding timelines while maintaining high quality in deliverables and client communication. You must work comfortably with advanced technology, data, AI, and digital tools that power client journeys.
Nice to have
Experience working in consulting, professional services, or agency environments focused on client experience.
