What you'll do
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement effective training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales staff.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, playbooks, and product information sheets, ensuring that they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive approach to lead generation and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular assessments of sales tools and technologies, recommending enhancements or new solutions that can streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate the sales team on best practices, new products, and industry trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide insights that inform sales strategies and positioning.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Support the onboarding process for new sales team members, ensuring they have the resources and training necessary to hit the ground running.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights that can help refine sales processes and improve overall performance.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies that can enhance sales enablement efforts and drive better results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales enablement, sales operations, or analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau).
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for sales teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices is a plus.

- Experience in the education or apprenticeship sector is advantageous.
