What you'll do
- Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance frameworks for apprenticeship programs, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to assess and enhance the effectiveness of training delivery methods.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of training sessions and materials to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, apprentices, and training providers to gather feedback and insights that inform program enhancements.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for staff to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Analyze data related to apprentice performance and satisfaction to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on quality metrics and improvement initiatives for senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in apprenticeship standards and vocational training to ensure our programs remain competitive and relevant.
- Mentor and support team members in their professional development, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Manage quality-related projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Act as the primary point of contact for quality assurance inquiries, providing expert guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Champion the use of innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience for apprentices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a quality assurance or development role within the education or training sector, ideally with a focus on apprenticeships.
- Strong understanding of quality frameworks and standards relevant to vocational training and apprenticeships.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on findings.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams and driving quality improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements governing apprenticeship programs.
- A commitment to professional development and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Relevant qualifications in education, training, or a related field are preferred.
