Senior Manager, CRM Revenue Expansion is a pivotal position within our New York City office, focused on orchestrating global revenue initiatives through sophisticated customer relationship management. The hire will be the architect of our CRM strategy, specifically owning the design and execution of upsell and winback campaigns that resonate across diverse markets. This role demands ownership of the entire subscriber lifecycle, identifying critical moments to deploy timely and relevant messaging. The primary focus will be on leveraging data to drive repeat purchases, minimize churn, and ultimately enhance the long-term value of our customer base. This position will report directly to the Director of CRM, Revenue Expansion, ensuring close alignment with the broader revenue strategy.

What you'll do
- Architect and define the global CRM growth strategy, setting the vision for upsell, cross-sell, and winback initiatives that directly impact revenue.
- Conceptualize and own the creation of end-to-end customer journeys, managing concepts from initial ideation through rigorous testing and full launch to maximize conversions and lifetime value.
- Partner closely with creative, product, and international teams to oversee the campaign calendar and ensure aligned, high-quality execution across all markets.
- Mine and analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights, refining strategies based on empirical performance results and observed campaign outcomes.
- Design, execute, and analyze results from rigorous A/B and multivariate tests to drive continuous improvement in subscription performance and key revenue metrics.
- Ensure all customer messaging strictly complies with regional regulations and brand standards, delivering a consistent and legally sound experience for every user globally.
- Utilize SQL and advanced data platforms to analyze funnel health, track engagement metrics, and proactively guide future campaign designs and optimizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into precise technical requirements, ensuring marketing technology stacks support strategic goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, presenting findings to leadership to justify investments and demonstrate clear ROI on CRM initiatives.
- Champion a culture of experimentation within the team, fostering a test-and-learn mindset that embraces iteration and data-driven decision-making at every stage.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all processes, workflows, and campaign learnings to ensure institutional knowledge and scalability.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and best practices to cross-functional partners on CRM strategy and execution.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in CRM revenue roles within a high-volume, B2C subscription-based environment, demonstrating a proven track record.
- Show demonstrable fluency in global market behaviors, with the ability to tailor strategies and messaging for distinct international audiences and cultural nuances.
- Exhibit expertise in handling email HTML, scripting logic, SQL querying, and advanced audience segmentation to drive precise targeting.
- Maintain strong knowledge of CRM best practices and global compliance standards, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR, ensuring all activities are legally sound.
- Demonstrate proficiency with analytics and BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Amplitude to derive insights and inform strategy.
- Cultivate a test-and-learn mindset that actively embraces experimentation, iteration, and data-driven decision-making to optimize results.
- Communicate with exceptional written and verbal skills, applying a detail-oriented and creative approach to solve complex marketing challenges.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment, working effectively with cross-functional teams to align on goals and drive initiatives to completion.

Compensation Overview
In New York City, the reasonable annualized full-time salary for this role is $110,000 - $126,000. Placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training, and skill level.
