What you'll do
Develop and execute integrated account plans that align therapeutic area expertise with client business objectives.
Lead cross-functional workstreams, coordinating consulting, medical, and digital capabilities to deliver seamless client experiences.
Champion data-driven decision-making by leveraging evidence, outcomes, and access insights to refine commercial strategies.
Cultivate senior-level relationships by demonstrating credibility, foresight, and consistent delivery against commitments.
Translate market dynamics and stakeholder feedback into actionable plans that strengthen brand equity and market access.
Drive profitability and performance metrics for assigned portfolios through disciplined resource allocation and prioritization.

Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training, education, or experience, with a preference for advanced degrees in life sciences, business, or related fields.
You bring a minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in consulting, agency, or client-facing roles within the healthcare or life sciences sectors.
You have demonstrated success managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects that require coordination across medical, commercial, and policy domains.
You hold a proven track record of building and maintaining senior-level relationships with clients, C-suite executives, and key opinion leaders.
You show strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize large volumes of information into actionable recommendations.
You have experience interpreting health economics, outcomes research, and regulatory landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
You are comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, balancing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
You communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences, including scientific and executive stakeholders.
