About the role
You will own the end to end management and delivery of all meetings based projects ensuring each engagement is executed to budget schedule and quality standards. You will act as the principal day to day point of contact for event and onsite management faculty management financial management and compliance across multiple client accounts. This role requires coordination of approximately up to 12 domestic and international meetings annually including some that may occur outside standard working hours. You will partner with global teams to design and implement meeting strategies that support our mission of reaching every patient possible. Your work will directly enable our Advisory Medical and Marketing teams to forge unconventional connections in pursuit of healthcare without barriers. Success in this position will ensure that every patient is identified treated supported and cared for equally through meticulously managed events.

What you'll do
Orchestrate comprehensive meeting project lifecycles from initial scoping through post event evaluation and reporting.
Serve as the central liaison for event and onsite management coordinating logistics venues technology and vendor relationships.
Lead faculty management activities including identification contracting scheduling and communications for all meeting participants.
Develop and monitor detailed financial plans for events ensuring adherence to budgets and implementing controls as required.
Ensure strict compliance with internal policies regulatory requirements and client specifications for every engagement.
Coordinate up to 12 domestic and international meetings per year managing complex travel and scheduling demands.
Provide strategic input into meeting formats content and objectives to align with client goals and patient outcomes.
Act as the primary point of escalation handling issues that arise before during and after each event.
Collaborate with global teams to accommodate varying time zones client preferences and regional constraints.
Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and translating insights into updated standard operating procedures.
Support the implementation of hybrid and virtual meeting solutions to maintain engagement when in person attendance is not feasible.

Utilize project management tools to track timelines dependencies risks and status updates for stakeholder transparency.
Requirements
You must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom without requiring sponsorship at this time.
You must possess the right to work in the UK and have permission to remain indefinitely.
You must not require sponsorship under the UK Appendix FM or any future immigration rules.
You must be based in the UK and not require a visa to enter or remain in the country.
You must not be subject to any immigration restrictions that would prevent free movement within the UK.
You must be available to work from one of our offices in the UK including London Manchester Brighton or Abingdon.
You must be able to commit to the full working week as defined by the role requirements.

Practical notes
The Events Manager will attend approximately up to 12 domestic and international meetings per year which may include travel outside of normal working hours. The role requires a high degree of flexibility with working hours particularly in the period leading up to onsite events to align with client needs. You can be based near any of our offices in the UK including London Manchester Brighton or Abingdon reflecting our flexible hybrid working policy.
