Requirements

• Possess 6-10 years of backend development experience, with a strong background in product-based startups or fintech environments.
• Demonstrate the ability to design modular, scalable, and high-performing backend systems that meet business demands.
• Write efficient, high-performance code that scales effectively under heavy load and complex transaction volumes.
• Prioritize product and business needs while making informed technical decisions that balance speed, quality, and security.
• Thrive in early-stage environments where you build systems from scratch and take high ownership of outcomes.
• Bring strong experience in building RESTful APIs and designing robust microservices architectures.
• Show a proven track record of delivering reliable software in fast-paced and ambiguous situations.

Practical notes

This role is full-time based in Bangalore. The position requires immediate availability or adherence to timelines discussed during the selection process. Travel is not expected as part of the role. Candidates must be authorized to work in India without sponsorship for this position.
