What you'll do
- Support the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes across different business units and geographic markets to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Track and analyze financial performance against plans, identifying key revenue drivers, cost structures, and profitability metrics to inform decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and update complex financial models to evaluate potential product launches, market expansion opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership, providing clear insights into company performance and highlighting areas for improvement.

- Analyze unit economics across various products and markets to guide pricing strategies, growth investments, and capital allocation decisions.

- Monitor key financial metrics and prepare regular updates for management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Contribute to strategic planning by conducting scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and financial modeling to evaluate potential outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, supporting scalable growth and maintaining strong financial discipline.
- Assist in preparing financial documentation for investor relations, regulatory reporting, and internal audits as needed.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes, reporting systems, and data accuracy.

Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles within high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning.
- Proven experience working in fast-paced sectors such as fintech, technology, or startups.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or AI-driven data platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
- Attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective.
- Experience supporting international operations or multi-entity organizations is desirable.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards relevant to high-growth fintech companies.
