Requirements

• A Ph.D. in Health Sciences, Biotechnology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of three years of teaching experience at the university level, with a proven track record of effective instruction and student engagement.
• Strong research background with publications in reputable journals, demonstrating expertise in health and biotechnology.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for a diverse student body.
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment methodologies, with a focus on student-centered learning.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and experience in delivering hybrid or fully online courses.
