What you'll do
- Coordinate and manage the staging process for multiple projects, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available and organized.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to understand staging requirements and timelines for upcoming projects.
- Maintain an inventory of staging materials, tracking usage and replenishing supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement efficient staging procedures to optimize workflow and minimize downtime during project execution.

- Provide on-site support during project launches, assisting with the setup and breakdown of staging areas as required.

- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices for staging coordination and safety protocols.

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in staging coordination, logistics, or a related field.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and external partners.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in staging and logistics.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as project demands dictate.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances quickly.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to operate company vehicles as needed.
