What you'll do
- Oversee daily food processing operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize workflow and meet customer demands.

- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring timely replenishment to prevent production delays.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food processing or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
