What you'll do

• Design and implement comprehensive language training curricula that cater to various proficiency levels and learning styles.
• Conduct interactive language classes, utilizing innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance student engagement and retention.
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help learners achieve their language goals.
• Create and curate instructional materials, including textbooks, multimedia resources, and online content, to support language acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Education, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in language instruction, preferably in a formal educational setting.
• Proficiency in at least one native language and a strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with language teaching methodologies, assessment tools, and curriculum development processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• A passion for language education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
• Experience with digital learning platforms and educational technology is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
