What you'll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of diverse learners, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques to cater to different learning styles.
- Assess participant progress through evaluations and feedback mechanisms, adjusting training methods as necessary to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training materials, ensuring content remains relevant and up-to-date.
- Facilitate workshops and hands-on training sessions that encourage practical application of skills in real-world scenarios.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to participants, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their personal and professional goals.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, using data to inform improvements and demonstrate impact.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in training methodologies, integrating new approaches into program design as appropriate.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and supports the diverse backgrounds of all learners.
- Engage with participants post-training to provide ongoing support and resources, ensuring continued development and application of skills.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy and vision of the training department.
- Represent Asgi at industry events and conferences, promoting our training programs and building relationships within the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or training delivery, preferably within a corporate or educational setting.
- Proven ability to create engaging training content and deliver it effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with participants and foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Familiarity with various training methodologies and tools, including e-learning platforms and assessment tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.
Nice to have
- Experience with virtual training platforms and remote learning technologies.
- Certification in instructional design or a related field (e.g., ATD, CPTD).
- Background in a specific industry relevant to Asgi's training focus (e.g., technology, healthcare, etc.).
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in languages relevant to our participant demographics.
- Previous experience in coaching or mentoring roles.
Skills & tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools for creating training materials (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong analytical skills for assessing training effectiveness and participant progress.
- Ability to utilize video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) for remote training sessions.
