What you'll do
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
- Develop and articulate a clear creative vision for projects, ensuring alignment with Arvore's brand identity and strategic goals.
- Oversee the entire creative process, from initial concept development through to final execution, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including production, marketing, and development, to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution.
- Conduct regular brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate new ideas and refine existing concepts, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of industry trends.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on creative work, guiding team members to enhance their skills and improve project outcomes.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including freelance artists, agencies, and vendors, to expand the creative capabilities of the team.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the gaming and interactive media landscape, integrating relevant innovations into the creative process.
- Represent Arvore at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, promoting our work and building connections within the creative community.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the gaming or interactive media industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading creative teams and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including game design, visual storytelling, and interactive experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and inspire others.
- Deep understanding of design principles, storytelling techniques, and user experience in the context of gaming and interactive media.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Unity, or Unreal Engine.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A passion for gaming and a keen interest in the latest trends and technologies in the industry.
