• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with Bamboohr's business objectives and enhances operational efficiency.

• Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of leading technology initiatives in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, cloud computing, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, with the ability to align IT goals with business objectives.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience managing budgets and financial resources effectively.
