What you'll do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the security and infrastructure domains, ensuring they meet client specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular updates on project progress and milestones.
• Utilize project management methodologies to track project performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare and present project documentation, including proposals, status reports, and final deliverables, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, integrating new knowledge into project strategies to enhance outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure they are equipped to utilize new systems and processes effectively.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the security and infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent, are highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience in the cybersecurity field, with a solid understanding of security frameworks and best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
