What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain security protocols and systems to protect organizational data and infrastructure from cyber threats.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles, with a focus on risk management and incident response.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
• Proficiency in security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection solutions.
• Experience with penetration testing, vulnerability assessment tools, and security monitoring solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud security principles and practices, particularly in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
