You will design and drive tailored onboarding plans that translate complex client requirements into structured platform setups. You will serve as the bridge connecting client needs with internal capabilities across product and operations. This role demands a high-touch advisor mindset paired with the discipline of an independent operator who can manage concurrent workflows. What you'll do
Design and execute bespoke onboarding roadmaps for single family offices and high-net-worth individuals with defined success milestones.
Serve as the central liaison between clients and fund managers to collect, reconcile, and validate account and ownership structures.
Monitor data quality across client portfolios, identifying inconsistencies and driving corrections to ensure reporting accuracy.
Orchestrate end-to-end account setup processes within the Arch platform, configuring access, permissions, and data mappings.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex data integration issues that arise during client onboarding.
Support flexible working arrangements including occasional evening and weekend hours to align with client fund settlement cycles.
Process and normalize incoming documentation from diverse fund sources into standardized formats suitable for platform ingestion.
Deliver hands-on training sessions that empower client teams to navigate the Arch platform confidently and independently.
Champion platform adoption through ongoing outreach, check-ins, and tailored guidance that reinforces value realization.
Capture detailed client interactions, decisions, and action items within the CRM to maintain continuity and enable seamless follow-up.
Contribute qualitative feedback from client engagements to inform product improvements and feature requests.
Participate in internal knowledge sharing sessions to elevate overall onboarding standards and best practices.
Lead discovery calls to uncover client objectives, risk tolerances, and operational workflows before formal onboarding begins.
Document standard operating procedures that scale the onboarding experience while preserving a personalized client touch.
Requirements
Bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, client services, implementation, or finance-related roles.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently with strong self-direction and ownership of outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Show exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to build rapport and earn trust with senior stakeholders.
Exhibit strong relationship management instincts tailored to high-value, high-touch client interactions.

Travel is not required for this role, ensuring consistent availability for virtual and in-person client interactions.
