Arch is a financial technology company that streamlines private investment management. We are seeking a Growth Marketing Director to develop and expand our demand generation efforts. This role involves creating and optimizing marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across various channels and segments. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of demand generation initiatives, acting as the central growth engine for the business. You will be responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities, running experiments, and scaling what works to fuel sustainable revenue growth. This position requires a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into actionable marketing programs. You will own the narrative of growth across the entire customer lifecycle.

What you'll do
- Lead and execute Arch's demand generation strategy across different customer groups, user types, and stages of the customer journey.
- Design and scale structured programs for acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and retaining clients to boost pipeline and engagement.
- Create multi-channel growth initiatives spanning inbound, outbound, lifecycle, partner, and referral marketing.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to align demand programs with product positioning, launches, and key market events.
- Build lifecycle marketing programs, including nurture sequences, segmentation, and customer journeys to support acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Partner with the Sales team to synchronize marketing campaigns with outbound activities, develop targeted campaigns for specific territories, and create joint go-to-market plans for high-priority accounts.
- Work closely with the Partnerships team to activate Arch's partner network as a scalable demand generation channel.
- Develop referral and network-based growth programs that Arch's current customer and partner ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to build and optimize the marketing technology stack, attribution models, and reporting infrastructure that links programs to revenue.
- Establish scalable playbooks, processes, and operational rhythms to enable the growth marketing function to expand.
- Own the testing roadmap for demand channels, establishing guardrails and governance for experimentation.
- Translate complex value propositions into clear messaging frameworks that resonate with distinct buyer personas.
- Monitor competitive landscape and market signals to identify new opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Drive alignment between marketing metrics and business outcomes, ensuring all activities contribute to top-line expansion.
- Mentor and influence stakeholders across the organization on best practices in growth marketing.
Requirements
- Over 8 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or a similar go-to-market marketing role.
- Extensive experience building and scaling B2B demand generation programs, preferably within SaaS, fintech, financial services, or wealth technology.
- A proven history of owning growth marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels, segments, and customer lifecycle stages.
- Experience building marketing programs, processes, and infrastructure from scratch in a rapidly growing company.
- Demonstrated ability to link marketing programs to measurable business outcomes, including pipeline creation, revenue impact, and customer expansion.
- Strong analytical skills and experience creating attribution models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to assess marketing effectiveness.
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams to generate pipeline and create aligned go-to-market strategies.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders.
- A highly organized, detail-oriented approach with strong ownership and follow-through.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and building scalable systems where processes do not yet exist.
- Experience with marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing decision-making with data.
- A track record of taking ownership of metrics and being accountable for results.
