About the role
You will build and maintain deep relationships with the people inside institutions, investment advisors, accounting firms, and other financial firms who allocate capital and would greatly benefit from the Arch platform. You will manage the end-to-end client acquisition process, including lead generation, qualification, product demonstration, and conversion. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product, Operations, and the Executive Leadership team to acquire and attract new clients. You will learn from every interaction and bring market insights back to Arch Engineering and Operations to improve the core product continually. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients understand how Arch serves their best interests when they are properly informed. You will take a long-term perspective and uphold Arch's brand and relationships with potential partners above all else. You will hustle alongside an ambitious team to have an impact and solve meaningful problems for clients.

What you'll do
- Identify and engage with prospective enterprise and strategic accounts to drive new customer acquisition.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover client pain points and map them to Arch's platform capabilities.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight value specific to the prospect's investment workflows.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and successful onboarding.
- Develop and execute account plans that outline key stakeholders, messaging, and targeted touchpoints.
- Partner with the Partnerships team to align go-to-market strategies and co-sell with ecosystem allies.
- Synthesize feedback from client conversations to inform product enhancements and operational improvements.
- Maintain precise records of interactions, pipeline stages, and outcomes in the CRM.
- Collaborate with Product and Operations to refine onboarding journeys and reduce friction for new clients.
- Represent Arch at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
- Qualify leads rigorously to focus efforts on accounts with high potential and fit.
- Provide structured feedback to the Executive Leadership team based on market trends and competitive dynamics.
- Support the creation of sales materials, playbooks, and case studies that accelerate deal velocity.
- Act as an internal champion for client success, ensuring expectations are set and met post-sale.
Requirements
- Have 3-6 years of experience in Sales within a SaaS technology company, preferably in a growth stage startup.
- Have consistent quota attainment or a track record of success in previous sales roles.
- Seek massive opportunities, jump on them, and take initiative in complex sales environments.
- Possess high energy, enjoy talking to people, and want to work on complex customer problems on a daily basis.
- Be obsessed with personal growth and feedback, actively improving every day with the support of provided tools.
- Put in the work to understand each client's needs and help them make the most informed decision in their best interest.
- Take a long-term perspective and consistently uphold Arch's brand and relationships with potential partners above short-term gains.

- Be open to occasional travel within the assigned region to meet clients and partners as needed.
- Be willing to adhere to Arch's visa sponsorship requirements if applicable to the role location.
- Be prepared to meet application deadlines promptly when roles are listed with specific time constraints.
Nice to have
- Have previously worked in wealth management, a family office, fund management, accounting, or a related financial field.
- Possess deep understanding of Alternative Investments industry trends, products, and services.
- Be familiar with the terms capital calls, IRRs, recallable distributions, or K-1s.
