About the role
The Senior Account Executive owns the end-to-end commercial engagement with enterprise and strategic accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for high-value clients. This role focuses on building deep, consultative relationships within family offices, institutions, and investment advisors who manage alternative investments. You will drive new business by understanding complex client needs and positioning Arch as the central platform for investment management. A key part of this position involves translating client feedback into product improvements and operational insights. The role demands consistent follow-through and a product-first mindset to ensure long-term client success. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to conversion and expansion. Success in this role is defined by your ability to solve difficult problems for sophisticated investors.

What you'll do
- Lead the identification and qualification of enterprise accounts within the alternative investment ecosystem.
- Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to map their investment workflows and data challenges.
- Demonstrate the Arch platform through tailored product presentations that highlight automation and insight capabilities.
- Collaborate with Partnerships to align go-to-market strategies for target verticals such as venture capital and hedge funds.
- Translate client requirements into actionable inputs for Product and Operations teams to influence roadmap priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional support with Legal and Finance to expedite contract execution and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a rigorous pipeline of opportunities with clear visibility into deal stages.
- Leverage data and client interactions to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Serve as an internal advocate for client needs, ensuring feedback loops are consistent and actionable.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to enable continuous improvement in the sales process.
- Maintain up-to-date records in internal systems to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships that reinforce trust and long-term partnership.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to align sales objectives with company growth targets.
- Represent Arch at industry events and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
You hold 5-7 years of experience selling Fintech or other SaaS products. Preferably, this experience is within a growth-stage startup environment. You have experience closing complex deals using a consultative sales approach. You maintain consistent quota attainment or a proven track record of success. You seek massive opportunities, act on them immediately, and take initiative. You are a high-energy individual who loves talking to people and solving complex customer problems. You pursue personal growth obsessively and welcome feedback. You use available tools to improve daily. You will put in the work to understand each client's specific needs. Your guidance will help them make the most informed decision, which is always in their best interest. When clients are properly informed, they choose Arch. You adopt a long-term perspective and uphold Arch's brand and relationships with potential partners above all else. There are two degrees of separation between most potential clients. You want to hustle alongside an ambitious team to create impact. You are energized by deep understanding of customer problems, helping resolve them, and persisting until solutions are found. You are excited by working late to solve meaningful problems. You possess a consultative and problem-solving mindset. We are not a super salesy organization.
Nice to have
Bonus points are awarded for previous work in wealth management, a family office, fund management, accounting, or a related financial field. A deep understanding of Alternative Investments industry trends, products, and services is valuable. Familiarity with terms such as capital calls, IRRs, recallable distributions, and K-1s is also beneficial.
