Implementation managers are responsible for steering customers from the moment a contract is signed through to a successful and independent live platform experience. This role serves as the single point of accountability for delivering tangible value to customers while simultaneously creating value for Arcadia. The early interactions and workflows established during onboarding have a direct influence on long-term customer retention and the overall experience. Implementation managers own the design and execution of complex implementation plans, ensuring that leading customers receive a tailored and high-standard rollout. They facilitate critical discussions and workshops to clarify intricate business needs and align expectations across multiple teams. Through deep platform and industry knowledge, they provide expert-level support during onboarding and certification processes. This position requires the ability to independently manage entire implementation lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption. Ultimately, the role transforms contractual agreements into live, operational deployments that empower customers to realize value quickly.

What you'll do
Master the Arcadia Core Platform and relevant industry context to provide expert-level support during customer onboarding and certification phases. Design and execute sophisticated implementation plans for leading enterprise customers while facilitating focused discussions and workshops to clarify detailed requirements and expectations.
Provide oversight and coordination of integration workstreams, aligning activities across technical and clinical teams to accelerate time-to-value for customers through disciplined execution.
Develop a deep understanding of technical implementation processes and data platform configuration to independently manage module rollouts and complex implementation components without constant supervision.
Monitor project status rigorously, managing integrations and module setups proactively, and resolving issues promptly to maintain strict project momentum and timelines.
Own the successful implementation of the Arcadia platform from contract signature through go-live, translating business requirements into actionable plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical and clinical stakeholders, to ensure seamless adoption and alignment with client business objectives.
Translate intricate data architecture requirements into clear implementation plans that satisfy client needs while strictly adhering to platform constraints and best practices.
Complete all onboarding requirements and achieve Arcadia Core Platform Certification within the specified timeframe to prepare for full implementation ownership and autonomy.
Drive day-to-day execution and long-term strategic planning for customer implementations to ensure outcomes are met efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather insights and best practices that enhance the implementation methodology and improve future customer experiences.

Demonstrate strong organization skills to effectively manage competing priorities under defined timelines and rigorous standards, ensuring all projects stay firmly on track.

Complete the structured onboarding program and achieve Arcadia Core Platform Certification within the designated period to prepare for autonomous ownership of implementation lifecycles.
Consistently apply problem-solving skills to resolve integration and configuration issues efficiently, minimizing disruptions to project momentum and client workflows.
Maintain a high level of adaptability to navigate evolving client requirements and platform updates while upholding delivery standards and commitments.
Demonstrate accountability for end-to-end implementation ownership, ensuring that every project moves from signature to live deployment with precision and stakeholder satisfaction.
