What you'll do
- Orchestrate all hotel operations to guarantee exceptional guest service and memorable experiences during Amazonian stays.
- Formulate and deploy operational policies designed to boost efficiency and elevate satisfaction scores among visitors.
- Direct the recruitment, training, and development of hotel personnel to cultivate a culture of excellence and seamless teamwork.

Requirements
- Hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role, with a documented track record of success.
- Demonstrate robust leadership capabilities to inspire and guide a diverse team in a dynamic and isolated environment.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with guests and colleagues from varied backgrounds.
- Show proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and detailed reporting.
- Display familiarity with hotel management software and technology, with adaptability to new digital systems.
- Maintain a passionate commitment to hospitality and an unwavering focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Achieve fluency in both English and Spanish, as these are essential for daily operations; additional languages are a plus.
