What you'll do

• Orchestrate all hotel operations to guarantee exceptional guest service and memorable experiences during Amazonian stays.
• Formulate and deploy operational policies designed to boost efficiency and elevate satisfaction scores among visitors.
• Direct the recruitment, training, and development of hotel personnel to cultivate a culture of excellence and seamless teamwork.
• Scrutinize budget allocations and financial reports to ensure fiscal targets are achieved without compromising service quality.
• Partner with the marketing division to craft promotional campaigns and develop packages that appeal to diverse guest demographics.
• Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations to sustain a secure and welcoming atmosphere for all.

• Synchronize activities across housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams to ensure cohesive operational flow.

Requirements

• Hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role, with a documented track record of success.
• Demonstrate robust leadership capabilities to inspire and guide a diverse team in a dynamic and isolated environment.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with guests and colleagues from varied backgrounds.
• Show proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and detailed reporting.
• Display familiarity with hotel management software and technology, with adaptability to new digital systems.
• Maintain a passionate commitment to hospitality and an unwavering focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Achieve fluency in both English and Spanish, as these are essential for daily operations; additional languages are a plus.
