What you'll do

• Deliver outstanding hospitality services to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, adhering to high standards of food safety and presentation.
• Engage with guests in French, providing information about the local culture, wildlife, and activities available during their expedition.
• Collaborate with fellow crew members to maintain a clean and organized environment, both in guest areas and behind the scenes.
• Participate in safety drills and adhere to all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and crew alike.

Requirements

• Fluency in French is essential; proficiency in English and/or Spanish is a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles, preferably in a cruise or tourism setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the cruise schedule.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
