What you'll do
- Oversee the comprehensive management of the candidate lifecycle from initial contact through final decision, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Orchestrate complex interview logistics for both virtual and in-person formats, managing scheduling conflicts and resource allocation dynamically.
- Champion the candidate experience by serving as the primary point of contact, delivering timely updates and empathetic support throughout every stage.
- Synthesize requirements and craft tailored messaging templates and resource guides that ensure professional, clear, and consistent communication.
- Partner with hiring teams distributed across multiple time zones to harmonize schedules, accelerate interview cycles, and sustain uninterrupted hiring momentum.
- Diagnose recurring coordination inefficiencies and design pragmatic process improvements that enhance daily operational workflows.
- Administer and optimize the utilization of the Applicant Tracking System to maintain data integrity and support informed decision-making.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and refine communication protocols, ensuring alignment with evolving team needs.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to recruitment timelines and candidate satisfaction, identifying opportunities for incremental enhancements.
- Facilitate the preparation of offer coordination and onboarding handoffs, contributing to a seamless transition for accepted candidates.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory for this position.
- You must possess strong organizational skills and an acute attention to detail to successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with a persistent focus on a professional and candidate-centric approach.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset are essential to navigate complex scheduling challenges.
- Strong interpersonal abilities are non-negotiable, showcasing a genuine commitment to teamwork and collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
- You must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship at this time.
- This role requires consistent in-office presence at our McLean, Virginia location during standard business hours.

Nice to have
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or administrative coordination is advantageous for navigating the nuances of the role.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace applications such as Google Docs and Google Meet is preferred for seamless collaboration.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools including Word and Excel is expected to support documentation and data management tasks.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse is beneficial for managing the full recruitment workflow.
- The ability to analyze coordination challenges and devise effective solutions is a valued capability for driving process optimization.
Practical notes
This position operates on a full-time, in-office schedule. Travel is not expected as part of the core responsibilities for this role. The successful candidate must be available for work in McLean, Virginia, aligning with the requirements for in-person collaboration. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position at this time. The base salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $100,000 USD, depending on factors such as relevant experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may include bonuses based on individual and company performance.
