What you'll do
- Develop and implement customized business applications leveraging Appian's low-code platform to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation, designing solutions that address complex workflow challenges.
- Use design thinking principles to create functional prototypes, enabling clients to visualize solutions and provide feedback early in the development process.
- Assist in the creation of comprehensive business models that align with client strategies and goals, ensuring that solutions are scalable and sustainable.
- Support digital agility initiatives by integrating process improvements, including application integration, business intelligence, and data management techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers, project managers, and client stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Translate client requirements into technical specifications, developing detailed development plans and documentation to guide implementation.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities to ensure applications function correctly and meet performance standards.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients, helping them understand and the applications effectively.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project progress, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Stay updated on new features and best practices related to Appian's platform, continuously improving your technical skills and knowledge base.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation efforts to promote best practices within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, programming logic, or a demonstrated enthusiasm for learning new software technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business issues, interpret strategic objectives, and translate them into efficient process workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French, capable of engaging with clients and team members effectively.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and methodologies relevant to process automation and digital transformation.
- Experience or familiarity with low-code platforms, process automation, or enterprise software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate it into practical solutions for clients.
- Willingness to participate in training sessions, workshops, and continuous learning initiatives to develop technical and consulting skills.
Nice to have
- Basic experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL, which can support application development and data integration tasks.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Salesforce or ServiceNow, as these skills align well with our Enterprise-Grade Orchestration environment.
- Prior experience working on digital transformation projects or process automation initiatives in a consulting or corporate setting.
- Knowledge of ITAR regulations or experience working with clients in regulated industries, which can be advantageous in certain projects.
- Multilingual capabilities beyond English and French, especially in languages relevant to our global client base, would be beneficial.

- The salary range for this position is between €25,000 and €75,000 EUR, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to offering competitive compensation aligned with market standards.
