- Create and enforce data validation protocols to confirm that source files align perfectly with ledger entries prior to any submission or filing.
- Build and manage partner dashboards that display key trends, highlight anomalies, and measure timeliness metrics to drive continuous process improvement.
- Liaise with technology and operations teams to streamline the tax workflow, leveraging tools such as Adaptive Insights, Avalara, Microsoft Dynamics, and Power BI.
- Ensure strict adherence to US federal and state tax concepts, understanding their interaction with daily accounting functions and financial reporting cycles.
- Maintain a proactive communication style, translating complex tax regulations into specific, trackable instructions that ensure alignment across all teams.
- Consistently meet established timelines while proactively flagging potential risks, allowing the team to adjust plans strategically and avoid operational surprises.

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or possess equivalent practical experience validated through a robust work history.
- Have a minimum of three years of direct corporate tax experience, with a demonstrated focus on compliance and detailed reporting responsibilities.
- Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Excel that is non-negotiable, including the use of complex formulas, sophisticated data cleanup techniques, and the clear presentation of analytical results.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of US federal and state tax concepts and regulations as they apply to corporate financial reporting.
