Compensation and Location
The position is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and requires full-time commitment on-site. The compensation package includes a base salary of $130,000, with this figure reflecting the year 2026.
What you'll do
Design and implement standardized intake procedures for every dealer account to ensure consistent capture of priorities and operational constraints before solution development begins.
Create tailored vehicle protection plans for each dealership that are precisely aligned with the specific profile, market position, and strategic needs of the dealer.
Concurrently track and analyze key performance indicators across the entire portfolio of accounts to monitor health and identify trends or anomalies.
Conduct regular, structured reviews of outcome metrics and performance data to adjust strategies and tactics, ensuring every partnership stays aligned with changing business targets and market conditions.
Synthesize complex findings, data sets, and market analyses into clear, concise formats that deliver insights and recommendations directly to dealers in an understandable manner.
Drive internal alignment regarding product capabilities, operational rules, and implementation timelines to ensure a consistent and cohesive approach across all dealer engagements.
Manage the coordination of handoffs and workflows between sales, operations, and support teams to maintain continuity and a seamless experience as dealer accounts scale and evolve.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for every interaction, recording key assumptions, operational constraints, and critical decisions made during the engagement for future reference and accountability.
Update playbooks, methodologies, and standard operating procedures as new market signals emerge, ensuring that future intake, review, and execution cycles incorporate lessons learned from previous engagements and best practices.
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic questions and escalations, providing timely guidance and support to dealer partners to foster trust and long-term loyalty.
Champion the adoption of APCO brand products and tools within dealer environments, demonstrating their value and ensuring they are utilized to their full potential to achieve desired outcomes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the dealer performance management framework, proposing enhancements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
You must possess three to five years of professional experience in performance-based, advisory, or consultative roles within a relevant industry context.
A background in the automotive sector, including dealership operations, finance, or insurance, is highly relevant for this position and strongly preferred.
You must be capable of managing multiple dealer accounts simultaneously while maintaining a clear, detailed understanding of the objectives, constraints, and timelines for each individual engagement.
You must be able to interpret complex data patterns and translate those interpretations into practical, executable steps for diverse business stakeholders and decision-makers.
You must communicate effectively using both written and spoken language, adapting your style to suit diverse professional audiences across a wide variety of contexts and situations.
You must demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
You must be proficient in using collaborative tools and platforms to share information, track progress, and maintain transparent communication with internal and external partners.

Prior familiarity with finance and insurance structures specific to dealership environments, such as F&I products and warranty administration, is a distinct advantage for this role.
Skills and Tools
