About the role
In this position, you will take charge of the enterprise platform for Claude.ai, concentrating on essential aspects such as security, governance, and administrative functionalities that are critical for large-scale deployment within organizations. What you'll do
- Lead the development and management of the roadmap for enterprise security functionalities, including features like audit logs, data retention policies, and access control mechanisms.
- Supervise compliance efforts and ensure that necessary certifications are achieved, including SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and GDPR.
- Create user-friendly administrative experiences that streamline user management, workspace governance, and policy enforcement.
- Identify and define the infrastructure requirements for enterprises, focusing on data residency and deployment strategies.
- Develop APIs and integration points that facilitate enterprise workflows and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, legal, and security teams to prioritize and implement platform capabilities effectively.
- Interact directly with enterprise clients to validate proposed solutions and gain insights into their procurement needs.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and drive strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for internal teams and customers to ensure effective utilization of the platform.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the enterprise market.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate progress and strategic direction.
Requirements
- A solid understanding of enterprise security principles, including encryption, role-based access control (RBAC), and data residency considerations.
- Demonstrated experience with compliance frameworks and the processes involved in obtaining necessary certifications.
- Proven track record of successfully launching enterprise-grade features that enhance user adoption and satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and engaging with enterprise-level clients to understand their needs.
- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience in a related field.
Nice to have
- Over six years of experience in product management, with a minimum of three years focused on enterprise software solutions.
- Familiarity with AI/ML products or platforms, enhancing your ability to contribute to innovative solutions.
- Experience in identity and access management, security tools, or compliance software, which would be beneficial for this role.
- Knowledge of regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government, providing context for enterprise needs.
- A technical background or experience working with infrastructure and platform engineering teams to bridge gaps between product and technology.
- Experience in designing administrative consoles tailored for IT buyer personas, enhancing user experience and functionality.
