What you'll do

• Lead the development and management of the roadmap for enterprise security functionalities, including features like audit logs, data retention policies, and access control mechanisms.
• Supervise compliance efforts and ensure that necessary certifications are achieved, including SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and GDPR.
• Create user-friendly administrative experiences that streamline user management, workspace governance, and policy enforcement.
• Identify and define the infrastructure requirements for enterprises, focusing on data residency and deployment strategies.
• Develop APIs and integration points that facilitate enterprise workflows and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, legal, and security teams to prioritize and implement platform capabilities effectively.
• Interact directly with enterprise clients to validate proposed solutions and gain insights into their procurement needs.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and drive strategic decision-making.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for internal teams and customers to ensure effective utilization of the platform.
• Monitor industry developments and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the enterprise market.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate progress and strategic direction.

Requirements

• A solid understanding of enterprise security principles, including encryption, role-based access control (RBAC), and data residency considerations.
• Demonstrated experience with compliance frameworks and the processes involved in obtaining necessary certifications.
• Proven track record of successfully launching enterprise-grade features that enhance user adoption and satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams and engaging with enterprise-level clients to understand their needs.
• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience in a related field.

Nice to have

• Over six years of experience in product management, with a minimum of three years focused on enterprise software solutions.
• Familiarity with AI/ML products or platforms, enhancing your ability to contribute to innovative solutions.
• Experience in identity and access management, security tools, or compliance software, which would be beneficial for this role.
• Knowledge of regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government, providing context for enterprise needs.
• A technical background or experience working with infrastructure and platform engineering teams to bridge gaps between product and technology.
• Experience in designing administrative consoles tailored for IT buyer personas, enhancing user experience and functionality.
