What you'll do
- Engage with senior business and IT leaders to uncover latent planning requirements and define multi-year strategy roadmaps.
- Architect and deploy scalable Anaplan solutions that directly support customer objectives and long-term vision.
- Deconstruct intricate business challenges and formulate strategic solutions that optimize performance and efficiency.
- Act as a trusted advisor, disseminating best practices in planning governance and long-term financial strategy.
- Orchestrate collaboration across internal and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption and realization of value.
- Drive sales and product initiatives by contributing to scoping sessions, pre-sales solutions, and high-level client workshops.
- Evaluate and refine existing models to improve performance, ensuring they meet evolving enterprise standards.
- Champion the adoption of Anaplan applications within complex organizational structures.
- Translate high-level business needs into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Finance and Workforce Planning to guide solution validation.
- Mentor junior team members on solution design principles and best practices.
- Identify gaps in current planning landscapes and propose enhancements aligned with industry trends.
Requirements
- Demonstrate extensive experience with Enterprise Performance Management or enterprise planning solutions, specifically Anaplan, SAP BPC, or TM1.
- Bring a strong consulting background that includes the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Exhibit proven problem-solving skills essential for addressing complex business challenges with innovative and pragmatic solutions.
- Show prior experience in supporting sales pursuits, including scoping, estimating, and solution validation.
- Possess deep expertise in areas such as Finance or Workforce Planning, with a clear understanding of the associated processes.
- Operate as a strategic thinker who excels in analytical thinking, financial modeling, and executive-level communication.
