About the role
You will own the full lifecycle of end-to-end client-expert communications, acting as the primary link between our clients and the niche experts they seek. In this role, you will spend a significant portion of your day screening, negotiating, and positioning the best possible expert matches for live client projects. You will leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and identify relevant advisors across the globe. This position requires you to understand the project and market context as well as the legal and regulatory environment in which our clients and experts operate. You will be responsible for maintaining a client-first mindset while multitasking across multiple parallel workstreams under tight deadlines. What you'll do
- Owning end-to-end client-expert communications, spending a significant part of your day on the phone screening and negotiating with relevant experts to position the best possible matches for your clients' requests.
- Leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and identify and engage with relevant experts.
- Understanding the project and market context and the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate.
- Ensuring success for our Summer Associates by giving you an introduction to the business world without being pigeonholed into any one industry or profession.
- Developing transferable commercial and client management skills spanning professional communications, negotiation, persuasion, project and time management.
- Participating in a unique training curriculum and intense on-the-job coaching, helping you develop highly transferable commercial and managerial skills.

Requirements
- Undergraduate Junior (Class of 2028).
- Strong academic credentials (undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or above).
- Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
- Internship experience evidencing an interest in business is a plus.
- Fluent English and Portuguese is required.
- Work authorization in the United States; we do not sponsor visas but will consider applicants with STEM/OPT eligibility.
