About the role
The owns the full end to end responsibility for aircraft provisioning ensuring that every flight departure is supported by accurate and secure supply chain processes. This role owns the operational execution of commissary duties which involves the building of commissary carts, stocking of aircraft supplies and the completion of warehouse work in a fast paced environment. The hire owns the safety and security of all commissary items and must enforce strict regulatory compliance for every movement within the secure airport area. They own the performance of aircraft cleaning tasks when required and support operations as directed to maintain seamless service continuity. The Commissary Agent is expected to remain flexible during irregular operations and stay late as necessary to complete all assigned tasks. They own the successful interaction with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely deliveries are processed.

What you'll do
- Operate heavy motorized machinery including tugs tractors belt loaders bag carts fork lifts push back tractors deicers and other specified equipment.
- Enforce security measures and monitor safety sensitive areas in strict accordance with regulatory requirements at all times.
- Stock aircraft with supplies accurately and efficiently while maintaining inventory integrity.
- Build aircraft service carts with supplies for all Allegiant flights covering both charter and scheduled service operations.
- Handle ice procurement and manage inventory supplies to prevent shortages during peak travel periods.
- Perform detailed security searches of carts vehicles and aircraft before they enter the secure zone.
- Sanitize equipment and carts thoroughly and perform routine cleaning of the entire commissary area to meet health standards.
- Assist in receiving and stocking deliveries from vendors verifying quantities and checking for damage.
- Ensure Allegiant Air and all airport regulations are followed without exception during every shift.
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by management to support overall department goals.
- Use basic computer skills and general office equipment to document processes and maintain accurate records.
- Work in a people oriented highly motivated environment maintaining a positive and friendly attitude at all times.
- Adapt to varied work hours including nights weekends and holidays while staying late for irregular operations when required.
- Maintain well groomed appearance and strictly adhere to the established dress code policy.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986 and provide proper documentation at hire.
- Must successfully pass a Criminal Background Check prior to employment initiation.
- Education requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent GED certificate.
- Minimum of one year Customer Service experience or equivalent in related training and or experience must be documented.
- Possess basic computer skills and knowledge of general office equipment to perform daily tasks.
- Demonstrate a people oriented mindset with high motivation and a positive friendly attitude when engaging with team members and customers.
- Ability and willingness to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays as well as stay late for irregular operations without complaint.
- Maintain a well groomed appearance and strictly adhere to the dress code policy at all times.
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability and willingness to attend and successfully complete all required training programs from orientation through practical evaluation.
- Must be able to read write and speak English to receive understand instructions directives and ensure safety in all interactions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license for the location of employment.
- Must remain in trainee status until successful completion of all practical and written curriculum upon offer of employment.
- Understand that this role may require exposure to extreme noise temperature wind and light fluctuations in an active airport environment.
- Acknowledge that the position may require lifting or carrying up to 100 lbs and pushing or pulling up to 300 lbs during routine duties.
- Accept that regular attendance is a mandatory requirement of this role and absences may impact job security.
- Recognize that the position may require work in confined spaces and the ability to crawl in and out of small spaces for extended periods.
- Confirm the willingness to wear all required personal protective equipment as directed for the role.

- Airline industry experience that demonstrates familiarity with airport operations and safety procedures.
Practical notes
Some travel may be a requirement of the role as outlined in the physical requirements section. All work schedules must comply with the 24 hour operational needs of the airport and Allegiant Air. This role is classified as an Essential Services Provider which requires team members to report to their assigned trip or work location during declared national and state emergencies unless prohibited by local state or federal order.
