- Coordinate closely with engineering teams to track feature requests, monitor active bugs, and prioritize work against delivery constraints.
- Engage enterprise clients directly through calls and on-site visits to facilitate tailored solution discussions.

- Collaborate with Success Management and Engagement Managers to synchronize project goals and adoption strategies.

Requirements
- Bring five or more years of experience in technical, customer-facing, and consultative roles within technology or related fields.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in data modeling, with a specific focus on approaches for flattening relational data to optimize search performance.
- Show proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to build interface integrations and intuitive user interactions.
- Possess experience with backend frameworks such as Node, Rails, or Django to implement robust services and APIs.
- Have a strong analytical mindset and proven ability to solve complex problems while managing hands-on projects of varying scope.
- Exhibit the capacity to establish credibility and build strong rapport with senior executives and cross-functional team members.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining sharp attention to detail in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
