About the role
You will own the end to end management of our paid social acquisition strategy, translating business objectives into high impact campaign architectures. You will design and execute testing roadmaps that rigorously evaluate creative, audience, and media mix variables across multiple social platforms. You will act as the central performance authority, ensuring that data collection, attribution models, and reporting frameworks are robust and actionable. You will partner closely with cross functional stakeholders to align campaign initiatives with overarching growth and product launch objectives. You will champion a culture of experimentation, using statistical methods to validate hypotheses and drive incremental performance gains. You will mentor junior analysts and strategists, elevating the team's capability to leverage advanced performance marketing techniques. You will maintain a relentless focus on sustainable growth, balancing scale, efficiency, and profitability across all paid social activities. You will stay ahead of platform specific trends and policy changes to proactively adjust strategies and mitigate potential risks to campaign performance.

What you'll do
Develop and implement comprehensive paid social strategies that align with business growth targets and market opportunities.
Architect and manage complex campaign structures across TikTok, Amazon, Google, and a diverse portfolio of over 55 additional platforms to maximise reach and efficiency.
Analyse high volume data sets to identify performance patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for strategic optimisation.
Collaborate with data and analytics teams to validate tracking setups, refine attribution models, and ensure data integrity.
Conduct rigorous A B tests on creative assets, audience segments, and bidding strategies to drive continuous improvement.
Translate business and product objectives into specific audience hypotheses and tailored messaging frameworks.
Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to achieve target cost per acquisition and lifetime value goals.
Monitor campaign health in real time, diagnosing issues related to delivery, frequency, and creative fatigue.
Liaise with creative and content teams to ensure asset development is optimised for performance across different environments.
Define and maintain standard operating procedures for campaign build, execution, and post campaign analysis.
Present clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership, highlighting trade offs and strategic implications.
Identify and mitigate risks related to policy compliance, brand safety, and platform dependency within the media mix.
Drive innovation by exploring emerging formats, features, and platform capabilities that enhance campaign performance.
Establish a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing to preserve learnings and accelerate future campaign development.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field, or you bring equivalent practical experience.
You have a proven track record of managing paid social campaigns at scale, with a strong understanding of platforms such as TikTok, Amazon, and Google.
You demonstrate advanced analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data sets and translating them into actionable strategies.
You have extensive experience optimising campaigns for ecommerce environments, focusing on profitability and sustainable growth.
You are highly proficient in using advertising platforms, analytics tools, and data visualisation software to monitor and report on performance.
You show a strong command of statistical concepts and experimental design, applying them to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
You have a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate tracking, tagging, and data collection across all campaigns.
You communicate effectively, articulating complex performance insights to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
Experience with additional emerging social platforms and advertising ecosystems beyond the core portfolio.
Background in working with global brands across multiple regions and regulatory environments.
Familiarity with creative production workflows and collaboration with design teams.
Practical notes
This is a full time position based in Vienna, Austria.
The role requires significant travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
