What you'll do

• Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies that align with Albertamt's goals and objectives.
• Oversee the training and development programs for employees, ensuring they are equipped with the skills needed to perform their roles effectively.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols to monitor and improve operational processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored training solutions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, training, or quality assurance within a relevant industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs that drive performance improvement.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in using training management systems and quality assurance tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to operations and training.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in a similar role within the technology or manufacturing sectors.
• Certification in quality management or training and development (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO).
• Knowledge of e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
• Multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Maltese, are a plus.
