About the role
You will own the strategic direction and long-term growth of key public sector accounts assigned to you, ensuring they align with Alan's mission to end the wait in healthcare. You will act as the primary point of contact for C-level stakeholders, translating their complex needs into actionable solutions that reinforce Alan's position as a prevention-first partner. You will proactively manage relationship health by identifying early signals of dissatisfaction and deploying tailored interventions before issues escalate. Your work will directly influence product evolution by channeling customer feedback into concrete input for the Product team, ensuring offerings remain relevant and compelling. You will leverage data-driven insights to craft persuasive business reviews that highlight value realization and uncover new expansion opportunities. You will lead renegotiation efforts to secure contract terms that balance customer satisfaction with sustainable profitability for Alan. Finally, you will champion adoption by ensuring both employees and administrators understand and fully utilize the Alan health partner ecosystem.

What you'll do
- Orchestrate and own a portfolio of strategic public sector accounts, driving adoption and expansion across ministries and related entities.
- Develop and nurture high-trust relationships with key stakeholders, practicing a customer-centric approach to uncover needs and co-create solutions that maximize Alan's impact.
- Detect early warnings of dissatisfaction and intervene promptly with empathetic, solution-oriented responses to preserve and strengthen partnerships.
- Orchestrate seamless onboarding journeys for new accounts, ensuring smooth activation and positioning Alan as an indispensable health partner.
- Analyze complex usage data and present clear, insight-rich consumption reports during business reviews to demonstrate value and inform strategy.
- Design and execute out-of-the-box engagement initiatives that deepen relationships and unlock new growth avenues within existing customers.
- Renegotiate contracts to guarantee optimal value for money for customers while protecting Alan's long-term profitability and sustainability.
- Serve as the customer's voice within cross-functional discussions with Product and Strategy teams, shaping the future roadmap.
- Apply advanced analytical skills to interpret trends, forecast needs, and present data-backed recommendations to senior leaders.
- Master the art of follow-up and stakeholder communication, ensuring every interaction reinforces trust and moves the relationship forward.
Requirements
- You possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer-facing roles that involve frequent interactions with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
- You have full professional working proficiency in French, with excellent oral and written communication skills to represent Alan in high-stakes discussions.
- You demonstrate at least advanced level proficiency in English, enabling you to collaborate effectively in a global environment and comprehend complex documentation.
- You have a proven track record of engaging with very large organizations and navigating complex environments, including potential interactions with unions and formal governance bodies.
- You exhibit the tact and empathy required to act as a credible negotiator, balancing assertiveness with understanding to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- You are an expert in positive lobbying, capable of building long-term relationships rooted in transparency, integrity, and mutual trust with key stakeholders.
- You are highly analytical and comfortable presenting deep data analyses to clients, using insights to solve complex problems and justify strategic recommendations.
- You possess outstanding active listening skills and are adept at crafting precise follow-up messages that address concerns and reinforce commitments.
- You have a growth mindset, quickly adapting to emerging trends and developing a deep understanding of the health insurance and prevention market landscape.
- You are currently based in, or are willing to relocate to, one of the following locations: Paris, Bordeaux, or Marseille.
- Previous experience in the insurance sector or any industry related to employee benefits is a preferred qualification.
- Experience working within the public sector space, including interactions with governmental or union frameworks, is also a preferred qualification.

- This is a full-time position.
- Relocation is expected to or within Paris, Bordeaux, or Marseille.
